![]() "Spring Time" | Award-winning artist, Julie Bernal grew up in Bristol, Connecticut. She moved to Knoxville, Tennessee as a teenager and studied fine art at Farragut High School. Bernal continued her education with a degree in graphic arts from Pellissippi State Community College. She has over six-years of experience in the design field and specializes in painting, drawing and digital photography. Bernal finds inspiration from her past travels to Europe, South America, the Adirondacks of New York and Charleston, South Carolina. She enjoys culture, interior design, camping and listening to her husband compose music. I wake up every day ready to create. I use my art as a way to capture specific moments and feelings. It is the best way for me to keep a journal of my life.
