"Going with the Flow"
| Diana Scott-Auger: Artist
Although her background is in art history and working in oils and pen and ink, Diana Scott-Auger taught herself acrylics when a gallery offered her a show at the last minute and has been painting with them ever since. A graduate of Bennington College (VT), with further study at Boston University, she has taken classes at the Art Students League in New York City, won numerous awards, and her work is in many private collections around the country. She is a member of The Art Market Gallery and Arts and Culture Alliance of Greater Knoxville.
When not painting, Diana, a retired newspaper editor and writer, and her husband subscribe to the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra and go to U.T. Lady Vols basketball games. The Greenback residents love exploring East Tennessee's beautiful highways and byways and, in keeping with their New England roots, follow their Boys of Summer, the Boston Red Sox.
