The Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority is soliciting letters of interest and accompanying statements of qualifications from parties to provide air show planning, coordinating and direction services.  The letter of interest should not exceed 2 standard type written pages and must be submitted in Adobe PDF (*.pdf) or Microsoft Word Document (*.doc) format.  The letter of interest must provide current contact information for the organization as well as a very basic statement of experience and capabilities.  The detailed statement of qualifications must include indication of past experience and  professional qualifications. 

The Statement of Qualifications may include any examples of typical planning documents or promotional materials. Mandatory items would include past or current references,  applicable training or certifications, contracting or insurance resources and/or other supporting information.  If submitting printed materials, please provide at least 5 complete copy sets for our review team.
